মথুরামোহন চক্রবর্তী ঢাকার প্রসিদ্ধ শক্তি ঔষধালয়ের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা।বাল্যকালে তিনি এক দূরারোগ্য উৎকট ব্যাধিতে আক্রান্ত হন।পরে তিনি লোকমুখে শুনে সেই রোগ হতে মুক্তি পাবার জন্য বাবার নিকট বারদী আশ্রমে আসেন।অবশেষে বাবার কৃপায় অচিরেই তিনি রোগমুক্ত হন।সেই সাথে বাবা লোকনাথের চরণে চিরদিনের মত সমস্ত মন-প্রাণ সমর্পণ করেন।তার গুরূভক্তি ও গুরূপরায়ণতায় প্রসন্ন হয়ে বাবা লোকনাথ তাকে সমস্ত ঐহিক কামনা পূরণের বর দেন।গুরূর কৃপায় ব্যবসায় প্রচুর উন্নতি হতে থাকে মথুরামোহনের। দয়াগন্ঞ্জে " শক্তি ঔষধালয়" নামে যে প্রতিষ্ঠান ছিল সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের ভেতরেই একটি মন্দির নির্মাণ করেন তিনি।আজো সেই মন্দিরটি ঢাকা লোকনাথ মন্দির নামে খ্যাত .
মথুরামোহন বাবু তার ডায়েরীতে বাবার অনেক কথা লিখে যান।তিনি লিখেন,-বাবা নিজে বলে গেছেন,"" আমি হিমালয় থেকে নেমে নিম্নভূমিতে এসে একটি ফুলের বাগান তৈরি করে গেলাম।সময়ে এই বাগানে এক একটি ফুল ফুটবে।আর সেই ফুলের গন্ধে জগৎ আমোদিত হবে ""।
বাবার দেহত্যাগের পরে এক অলৌকিক ঘটনা ঘটে মথুরামোহনের জীবনে।একবার তিনি কাশীধামে যান।সেখানে হঠাৎ বাবা কে সশরীরে দেখার ইচ্ছা জাগে তার। কিন্তু তা সম্ভব নয় বলে মনের মধ্যেই চেপে রেখে দিলেন।এক সন্ধ্যাই বিশ্বনাথ মন্দিরে আরতি দেখতে গেলেন।ভীড়ের মাঝে হঠাৎ অনুভব করলেন,কে যেন তার হাত ধরে টানছেন।তাকিয়ে দেখলেন,বাবা লোকনাথ !!! তিনি বিষ্ময়ে স্থির হয়ে গেলেন কিছু সময়ের জন্য।আবেশ কাটবার পর দেখেন,বাবা তার হাত ধরে মন্দিরের ভেতরে নিয়ে যাচ্ছেন।বাবার চরণে প্রণত হয়ে তিনি পদধূলি মাথায় নিলেন।এদিকে আরতি শেষ হয়ে গেলে বাবা আবার মথুরামোহনের হাত ধরে মন্দিরের বাইরে নিয়ে এলেন।তারপর তার বাড়ির পথা অন্ধকার গলির মাঝে পথ চলতে চলতে এক সময় তিনি অদৃশ্য হয়ে গেলেন।
আজো বাবাকে কেউ একমনে ডেকে তার দর্শন পেতে চাইলে বাবা অবশ্যই আসবেন।জয় জয়শ্রী বাবা লোকনাথ।
